Join Shifa and Circulos de Bienstar for our three-part workshop series in SPANISH designed to help you explore the relationship between emotions and eating habits, with a specific focus on how emotional eating can influence conditions like prediabetes. The workshop will be once a week on Saturday between 10-12PM, for total of 3 weeks. This series will provide practical tools and resources to improve both mental and physical health.
