Staff Khitam

Khitam Dames, originally from Jerusalem, has been a resident of Charleston, SC for the last 20 years. She originally joined the clinic in June 2016 as a Food Pantry Co-Coordinator. She loves helping people and considers joining Shifa Free Clinic as one of her best decisions made in life. She says that the environment at the clinic includes kind patients and wonderful staff including Dr. Khan, who as a leader who inspires her to help members of the community and make a difference in their lives.
