Renee Smoak

Raised in Florence, SC. Graduated University of South Carolina with BA in Psychology, and a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW). In between degrees, Renee’s work career started at MUSC in the Adult Psychiatric Unit. After moving back to Columbia to obtain her LMSW, Renee’ served families with special needs children in Lexington County followed by leading the follow-up program for the Nurturing Center in Columbia, SC, a family focused center for the treatment and prevention of child abuse & neglect. Renee’ enjoys exercise, exploring restaurants, anything about the beach and music. Passionate about dogs as well as being a Civil Rights activist.
