Description
Every Wednesday, we go out to food-insecure areas in North Charleston, Downtown, and other data-proven food-insecure neighborhoods within a 50-mile radius of the clinic, providing outreach pantry boxes, hygiene kits, fresh produce, and meat per family resources.
In addition, we will be providing specifically designed boxes of food for our homeless friends. Your support of $25 helps cover the cost of food and other non-food item supplies to the family.
