🥗 Food as Medicine Workshops
Learn Together. Practice Together. Grow Together.
The Food as Medicine Workshops provide an engaging, interactive learning experience where participants build practical nutrition knowledge and skills in a supportive group setting.
Through discussion, hands-on activities, label reading exercises, food demonstrations, and real-life examples, participants gain the confidence to make healthier food choices for themselves and their families.
Each workshop is approximately 90 minutes and is designed to encourage participation, questions, peer learning, and behavior change—not just knowledge.
Whether delivered in the clinic, pantry, community, or virtually, these workshops help transform nutrition education into practical, everyday habits.
