🍎 3–5 Minute Pop-Up Education Sessions
Quick Conversations.
The Food as Medicine 3–5 Minute Pop-Up Education Sessions are brief, interactive teaching opportunities designed to deliver simple, practical nutrition messages in everyday settings. These sessions can be provided while participants are waiting for appointments, visiting the food pantry, attending community outreach events, or participating in health fairs.
Each pop-up session focuses on one key nutrition concept, allowing participants to quickly learn a practical skill they can immediately apply when shopping, preparing meals, or making healthier food choices.
Although brief, these conversations can reinforce healthy behaviors and encourage participants to engage in additional Food as Medicine education programs.
