The SHAMS Clinic will provide prescription medications, diabetic supplies, and wound supplies for current clinic patients only. Medications must be provided by a licensed clinician.
The clinic will have a wide variety of medications for treating infections, diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, and birth control, to name a few. The clinic will NOT BE prescribing narcotics or any controlled substances.
In the event that a required medication is not available at the clinic, the staff will work on setting up patients with medication assistance programs or finding the cheapest drug alternative at a local pharmacy or drug store.
There will always be an on-call pharmacist available to answer any questions a patient may have.
