Diagnostic COVID-19 testing (via nasal swab) is known as \u201cCOVID-19 PCR.\u201d Currently, all diagnostic tests are done by a medical professional by taking a small amount of nasal aspirate with a nose swab. All patients can expect to receive results within 24-48 hours. No prescription is required. Please bring your ID with you. Pre-screening is not required, patients of any age will be tested regardless of ability to pay, and no copays will be charged.
