DESCRIPTION:This class will be focused on nutrition for women during pregnancy. You will learn about nutrition labels and how to prepare foods that will help with blood sugar control. We will use real life examples and help to create a plan that works for you. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHosted by Betsy Johnson\, Registered Dietician and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Betsy has been providing diabetes education and nutrition counseling for over 30 years. \n \nThis session meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month.
