“I’m Rabeea Ilyas, a mental health counselor who loves working with teenagers and adults. I\u2019m passionate about helping people navigate the ups and downs of , whether it\u2019s dealing with anxiety, stress, or just figuring out life. My goal is to help them build resilience and find positive ways to cope with challenges.”<\/p>\n

* I love traveling and experiencing new cultures, especially learning about their traditions and art

* I like working out and find that staying active is a great way to boost my energy and mood<\/p>\n
