The right of a Muslim is to be buried with a proper Janazah. Unfortunately, this is not a privilege for many Muslims in America due to the fact either they are reverts or new immigrants without family or having proper funds. This is when mortuaries\/families resort to cremation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;color: #000000\">Recently a young brother who came from Africa to this country to make his life better for himself and his family died last week. He was the sole breadwinner for his family, he could not afford to bring his wife and children with him, but he would send whatever earnings he could back home.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;911&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;color: #000000\">\u00a0Unfortunately, he died suddenly from a heart attack. When the brother missed a day of work, which was out of character for him, his co-workers called him to do a wellness check. One of the co-workers visited his house and discovered that the brother was deceased. Because he had no family in the US, Sheikh Ali Suleiman Ali was contacted for guidance due to his role with MFS and community. Alhamdulilah! Sheikh Ali and Brother Yousuf worked diligently to provide the deceased brother a proper burial service. ICNA Relief\u2019s Muslim Family Services was able to work with a funeral home to give him a proper Islamic burial which costed over $5,000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;color: #000000\">May Allah SWT grant this brother the highest of Jannah and grant ease to his family. May He reward you all for your continued support of our programs. These services are not possible without the help of our donors.
